Shipping within the United States

We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States. Available delivery services and charges are shown at checkout.

Standard shipping and free-shipping offers

Our regular standard shipping rate is $5.95, with free standard shipping on orders of $49 or more after discounts. Qualifying freeze-dried treat orders of three bags receive free standard shipping with our Buy 2, Get 1 Free offer, including a three-bag order totaling $39.98. The qualifying offer is applied at checkout.

During our Glow-Up promotion, standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase until October 1, 2026 at 11:20 a.m. Pacific Time. After that promotion ends, the regular shipping threshold and qualifying offer-specific shipping benefits apply.

Delivery and tracking

Delivery timing depends on your destination and the service available at checkout. Once your order ships, we email your tracking information. Orders may be fulfilled by different fulfillment partners depending on the products ordered.

Problems with a delivery
