Can I skip a month if my dog still has chews left?
Yes — anytime, in two taps. Open your dashboard, hit "Skip next delivery," and we move the cycle out. You can skip as many cycles in a row as you need; we'll never auto-charge a skipped month.
What if my dog doesn't like the flavor?
Email us within 30 days and we'll refund the bag and ship a different flavor on the house. Most pickier-than-average dogs end up on Bacon — we keep a swap on file.
How do I cancel?
From your account dashboard. One button, two confirmations, done. No fees, no phone calls. If you cancel before your second cycle, the 20% first-box discount stays — we don't claw it back.
Can different products ship on different schedules?
Yes. A 4 oz bag of Turkey Treats might run out faster than a 60-count Hip & Joint. Set each SKU to its own cadence (30, 45, 60, 90 days) so things land when you actually need them.
What is Dr. Pup, and what's included?
Dr. Pup is our AI nutrition assistant, included free for as long as your subscription is active. It offers educational guidance on topics like flavor selection, routines, and supplement basics. It's not veterinary advice and not a substitute for an exam — for medical questions, dosing, or drug interactions, please consult your own veterinarian.
What happens if I run out before the next ship date?
Slide your next delivery forward in the dashboard — it'll ship same-day if before 2pm EST. Or order a one-time top-up at member pricing; it doesn't reset your cycle.
Do member discounts stack with sale prices?
Yes — your 20% always applies to the lowest displayed price, including seasonal sales. The only thing that doesn't stack is bundle pricing, which is already discounted at the bundle level.
