You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund — no questions asked.

We even accept returns on opened or partially used products, because we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out.


🐾 How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us:
    Chat: Our online store features a chat option or Email woof@pupchoice.com or call us at 800-356-6805 with your order number and issue. 

  2. Return or Photo Proof:
    We’ll either send you a prepaid return label or, in many cases, offer a returnless refund if you provide photo proof of the issue.

  3. Get Your Money Back:
    Once we process your return or approve your photos, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method — usually within a few business days.


📦 Subscriptions

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime — no fees, no hassle.

  • If you want a refund, it applies to your most recent shipment only (within 90 days of delivery).

  • Earlier shipments are not eligible once a newer one is received.
