90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your Pup Choice purchase, contact us within 90 days of delivery to request a full refund. Opened or partially used products are covered. No return is required.

How to request a refund

Email woof@pupchoice.com or call 800-356-6805 with your order number. We issue approved refunds to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to post the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong product, email us with your order number and a photo of the item so we can arrange a replacement.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription anytime without a cancellation fee. Subscription refund requests apply to your most recent shipment within 90 days of delivery. Earlier shipments are not eligible once a newer shipment has been received.
